240 Certification is approved to offer the following certificate categories: 
  1. Core Subjects with the Science of Teaching Reading (STR) EC-6
  2. Core Subjects with the Science of Teaching Reading (STR) 4-8
  3. English Language Arts & Reading 4-8
  4. Mathematics 4-8
  5. Science 4-8
  6. Social Studies 4-8
  7. English Language Arts & Reading 7-12
  8. Mathematics 7-12
  9. Science 7-12
  10. History 7-12
  11. Social Studies 7-12
  12. Special Education EC-12
  13. Supplemental certifications, which can be tied to the levels/subject areas of certification include:
  14. Bilingual Supplemental (has an additional language exam on top of the supplemental content exam)
  15. English as a Second Language (ESL) Supplemental
