An internship is one full year. If a candidate starts on the first day of the academic year then they will finish on the last day of the academic year. ANY DAY after the first day will result in the candidate serving a full year (For example, if school starts on August 18th and the candidate starts August 29th, then the candidate’s internship will not end until August 27th of the following year).
